A memorable experience for our students
Enrichment Week, which takes place every year in July, is a week when all students have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of exciting and meaningful memorable experiences, as well as the chance to study cross-curricular themes. We strongly believe this allows every child to build on and further develop vital skills to enable them to achieve their personal best.
During the week, Years 7 to 9 go on a number of external trips and visits as well as participating in several in-school activities.
Students in Years 10 and 12 students use this time for work experience placements which provides them with an opportunity to further develop their transferable skills and qualities to enable them to be successful in their future careers.
240 of our students enjoyed their Rewards trip to Drayton Manor.
Students explored where the constellations have come from and how to spot the most famous ones.
They took part in activities that helped them develop an understanding of the Creative Art industry
On Thursday 20th July students in Year 9 visited Cotswold Wildlife Park.

A visit to Swanpool for kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering

Students in Year 12 attended the Design and Make Engineering Challenge at Warwick University
Students and staff have arrived safely in Newquay and enjoyed surfing at Great Western Beach.
We welcomed the Explorer Dome into KHS which enabled the students to travel 4.6 Billion years back in time.
