Employer Engagement for 2023-24

We are looking for members of our community to help support our students in their careers and employability education and the memorable experiences that supplement this.

We would like to invite parents, grandparents, former students, and employers, who are willing and able to share some of their valuable business experience, to support our students gain valuable life skills as they prepare for the world of work. As a school, we are 100% committed to ensuring our students achieve their personal best and believe you and others will be able to offer a wealth of business experience that might help positively shape our student’s thinking and equip them to become work ready and knowledgeable about what it means to be employable.

Careers at Kineton
Careers education, information, advice and guidance is at the heart of all we do here at Kineton, all staff have the highest aspirations for students and the destinations they move on to. Our aim, alongside our curriculum statement, is to ensure that all students make effective and ambitious decisions about the full range of options available to them at key transition points. We work hard to ensure we have an embedded and progressive careers programme of experiences of work for each and every student which allows students to recognise their strengths and skills, link these to their studies and understand the ‘ever-changing’ world of work.
